Riley's boo-boo

Poor little guy broke a nail off of his back paw. He's such a
trooper. He isn't fazed by the bandage or by the plastic bag that got
tied on over it when it rained yesterday.

He still does this if I forget to make him drop whatever toy he's got in his mouth. We've "misplaced" several toys only to have them re-appear a few weeks (or months) later when he comes inside after being out for a tinkle or a romp.

Huey and Riley aka Heman and Hercules

The first week of December, we volunteered to foster 2 St. Bernard mix puppies. Enter - Heman and Hercules. We could not bring ourselves to call them by those names, so we called them Huey and Riley while they were in our house.

Huey at his favorite place. He would often wander into the kitchen and fall asleep next to the water dish!

Riley playing with Auggie. When we first brought the puppies home, Auggie was not too happy. But after a few days he came around and would play with them.

They were both adopted after about 3 weeks. Riley came back after two weeks due to some health problems. So more pictures to come of Riley.
